With having a deep understanding on the chemical nature, manufacturing process and the key benefits of the variety of foams that is manufactured by Zotefoams, we can support you in selecting the correct choice of foam. At this stage we can support you to provide the foam sheets based on your required dimensions.

Also with local in-house design engineers, we can also work to partner with you to design the exact foam insert you need to that can go into your packaging assembly directly , which means we can fabricate the foam or convert the foam into the desired shape you need that can now be directly assembled into your packaging solution. With this you will not need to worry on involving another unit operation of fabricating the foam.

Development of prototype

Development of prototype for your in-house testing's and evaluation: On engaging yourselves with our designers, you could get a realistic prototype of the foam component from the sheet and you could take it on to your facility to evaluate the performance of the foam and the conversion technique to see if the prototype best fits in your packaging solution for your customers. We use a variety of foam fabrication techniques ranging from cutting, slicing, die punching, thermoforming, glue lining to CNC routing.

Supply of Production scale volumes of foam sheets

We ensure to supply production scale foam sheets and the respective fabricated foam components through our strong supply chain network and inventory mechanism which will benefit to address your requirements of foam sheets or production of fabricated foam components in your routine production requirements without compromising on the quality, reliability, supply security and consistency.
